What is a credit?
Credits measure usage in a workspace. Each plan's monthly price includes a set number of credits.
A pull request review costs 25 credits for each new head commit it reviews. An artifact check costs 1 credit, and a context chain check costs 10 credits.
Each plan has one price for every credit past the included ones. Usage billing has not started, so extra credits are not billed yet.
Questions
What happens when a workspace uses all its included credits?
Nothing yet, because usage billing has not started. Once it starts, extra credits are billed on the monthly invoice at the plan's price per extra credit.
When does Grow cost less than Build?
Once usage billing starts, Grow costs the same as Build at 20,000 credits a month, $200, and less above that. Extra credits on Grow cost $0.008 each, 20% less than Build.
Do plans limit seats or repositories?
No. Plans have no seat or repository limits.
How do I switch plans?
A workspace admin switches between Build and Grow in Settings > Billing. To end the plan, cancel it in the Stripe billing portal.
How do I cancel or update payment details?
A workspace admin opens Manage billing in Settings > Billing to reach the Stripe billing portal, where they can update payment details, see invoices or cancel the plan. When a canceled plan ends, the workspace has no plan.
